Your New Role…
Step into the magical world of Harry Potter as a Features Coordinator! Your primary responsibility will be to support all aspects of administrating the seasonal features and show experience projects. You'll work closely with the Head of Show Experience, Show Experience Manager, and Show Experience Technical Services Manager to ensure the seamless planning and delivery of these enchanting projects.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Working closely with the wider Show Experience team to support the installations and removal of feature elements including lifting, fetching and carrying asset and installation items.
• Collaborate with film makers and industry talent to produce relevant project documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Support the Show Experience management team with effective planning and administering feature and experience elements and delivery.
• Contribute to the innovation of new feature & project ideas through ideation and creative sessions.
• Support the Head of Show Experience to administer brand approvals for new content, projects and features and engage in discussions with the Global Franchise Development team and WBSTL stakeholders.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure they receive clear instructions and obtain all relevant documentation, including RAMs (risk assessments, method statements) and complete access requests.
• Communicate feature planning to the wider business and stakeholders, including preparing presentations and other communications.
• Assist the Show Experience Manager and Assistant Manager in producing accessible training materials for feature delivery.
• Provide cost reporting and budget tracking for all feature and project elements, including purchase order and invoice processing.
• Collate and maintain all health & safety documentation and information associated with the attraction features and associated project works.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience of working within a visitor attraction or film industry environment with administrative experience is desirable.
• Highest levels of customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent presentation skills, and experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with SAP for finance administration is ideal.
• Project management skills would be an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think differently and view things from unique perspectives.
Working Pattern…
• Contracted hours will be 40 per week.
• You will be required to work weekends as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday.
• You will be required to work evening installations and supporting the operation where required.
• Your normal hours of work are between 09.00 – 18:00 unless working on a feature project where this could be late night and, in some cases, overnight.
• This is a 12 month FTC position.

The department is responsible for ensuring the experience delivered to our visitors is of the highest quality. This is delivered through first rate interactions by our interactor team, reliable and the latest audio-visual technology and a compelling proposition of feature overlays that enhance the overall experience. All of which contribute to the delivery of a world class visitor experience.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
