The Technical Program Manager (TPM), Mobile Features is responsible for driving execution, delivery, and delivery confidence for mobile feature teams across iOS and Android. This role sits within PTD (Product, Technology, Design) and serves as the program lead for multiple mobile feature teams aligned to a mission or goal area.
This role owns what ships and why on mobile, translating product goals into coordinated, cross-platform execution. They may work with multiple pods to coordinate dependencies across mobile pods, or with teams outside of the mobile team (e.g. Stellar, PSDK, platforms) It does not own mobile platform infrastructure or long-term technical strategy.

1. Mobile Feature Program Leadership (PTD)

• iOS and Android feature development
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design
• Backend and platform dependencies as required

Ensure feature parity and consistency across iOS and Android experiences (when required)

Establish and run feature-level operating rhythms, including:
• Planning and sequencing checkpoints
• Delivery confidence and risk reviews

Keep teams focused on outcomes, not just output.
Explicitly Out of Scope
This role does not:
• Own the mobile platform roadmap or infrastructure
• Run CI/CD, build systems, or release tooling
• Define long-term mobile technical standards
• Serve as an accountability layer for non-PTD teams
The TPM is responsible for feature delivery and execution within PTD, not platform health.
