Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with exceptional project management discipline and delivery oversight experience to drive mission-critical programs across Converged Advertising, Affiliate Systems, and International Linear. This role requires operational rigor, stakeholder fluency, and the ability to convert strategic goals into measurable delivery milestones.

Core Responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery Oversight
• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through delivery
• Build detailed execution roadmaps with milestone accountability, dependencies, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination
• Own RAID logs, change control processes, and governance rituals (e.g., QBRs, WBRs, SteerCo reviews)
• Drive relentless follow-through, ensuring timelines are met and scope remains controlled
Program Analytics & Operational Reporting
• Define and track KPIs for delivery velocity, budget adherence, risk exposure, and value realization
• Develop and manage dashboards to monitor program progress across strategic initiatives
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure delivery alignment with quarterly/annual goals and budgets
Vendor & Partner Oversight
• Manage multiple external vendor teams ensuring performance to contract (SOWs, SLAs, timecards, and billing compliance)
• Facilitate vendor onboarding, reviews, and escalations for technical or delivery gaps
• Support commercial management including rate cards, change orders, and invoice validation
Executive Communication
• Craft crisp updates for SVP and C-level stakeholders with emphasis on decision readiness, blockers, and ROI
• Build visual dashboards, program briefs, and strategic narratives for business and technical audiences
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on large-scale, multi-track technology initiatives
• Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering programs with cross-org complexity and business impact
• Deep fluency in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and program governance best practices
• Strong understanding of financial planning, vendor management, and enterprise operations

Preferred Experience
• Media, AdTech, or Broadcast industry experience
• Salesforce, AWS, or Data Platform delivery oversight
• PMP, PgMP , or Agile/Scrum certifications

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $159,180.00 - $295,620.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
