Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect (ServiceNow)

We are seeking a Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect who will be responsible for designing, modelling, and optimizing enterprise service management processes on the ServiceNow platform to improve business efficiency, effectiveness and compliance .
As a key contributor to the Enterprise Service Management ( ESM ) team , the Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management and support of all ESM processes. The role is crucial for enabling the integration and implementation of new and improved ESM functionality and capability in alignment with organizational objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, process design & improvement methodologies, and an awareness of technology solutions . The individual should have a strong ability to translate business requirements into processes and workflows . They will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving ESM initiatives for functions including IT, HR and Finance.
Your Responsibilities...
The Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect will play a key role in the ESM Service Architecture function, with responsibility to :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to enterprise service management processes.
• Design , document and maintain new and improved business processes for enterprise service management using industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN) , recognizing any related data and technology guardrails
• Design , document and maintain supporting process & procedure documentation and governance that ensur es alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus , identifying areas for process improvement and develop ing recommendations for optimization.
• Serve as the Process Lead for ESM transformation projects, providing expertise in business process design and redesign.
• Develop and implement continual process improvement initiatives, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile and frameworks such as ITIL .
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements , including with reference to emerging trends in business process management and industry best practices.
• Work with the ESM Business Technical A rchitect to ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior process designers, providing guidance and support with stakeholder management and process definition .
Qualifications & Experience...
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills having worked closely with business stakeholders and back-office service management functions.
In addition, WBD would expect the following relevant experiences from appropriate candidates:
• 8+ years of experience in business process management in enterprise service management, or related fields , with proven experience in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Proven experience in designing, modelling, and optimizing business processes with industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN)
• Proven experience in enterprise service management platforms, espec i ally ServiceNow , and supporting processes (ITSM , ITOM, ITAM, etc. )
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and system implementations with recognized delivery methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
• Proven e xperience in leading complex project workstreams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to lead process design workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• A proven a bility to work independently and as part of a team , with s trong problem-solving and analytical skills
It is expected that the candidate has relevant certifications related to enterprise service management such as Business Process Management, ITIL and Project Management.
Familiarity with the global media and entertainment industr y is desirable but not required .
