Senior Marketing Executive (18 Month Fixed Term Contract)
The Role
The primary job function is to co-ordinate marketing activities that contribute to sales growth and licensing partnerships, while also handling daily operations to support the content licensing team.
• Develop and execute marketing and release strategies for all WBD content, including digital product propositions, campaign execution, performance analysis, and profitability management
• Ensure operational excellence across campaign delivery, budget management, and process optimization
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination among diverse teams and business units to support the successful delivery of key marketing initiatives
• Liaise between internal stakeholders (Local, HQ, Regional) and external partners (India, SE.Asia, Korea) to ensure seamless communication and assist with partner deliverables
• Manage and optimize marketing assets to ensure brand guideline compliance and support effective campaign execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to formulate effective strategies
• Lead the planning and execution of special projects, encompassing event preparation and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
The Essentials
• 5–7 years of experience in brand, franchise, media, or integrated marketing roles, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing
• Strategic thinker with a passion for content, pop culture, social & media trends
• Flexible and resilient, capable of excelling in high-pressure, dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong command of spoken and written English
