Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to support L&D business partnering, learning design, facilitation, and team coaching for our Hyderabad Capability Centre.

Responsibilities:
• Business Partnering:
• Collaborate with the India Head of People & Culture and India P&C partners to create the India L&OD Strategy
• Lead the scale up of L&OD in the Hyderabad Capability Centre and the Bangalore India Innovation Hub
• Build trusting relationships with leadership and global P&C to understand and address development needs for their teams
• Promote global L&D offerings and guide employees on professional development opportunities through strategic communication
• Influence across a complex matrix to get buy in from leaders and sometimes even get local funding for specific development needs.
• OD, Change, Project Management & Delivery:
• Collaborate with Global and local stakeholders to manage large scale change projects (sometimes beyond India scope).
• Design and Deliver Team development offerings to build high performing teams
• Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver local tailored learning programs in line with Global/APAC and India P&C Strategy
• Create engaging & inclusive learning materials and embrace blended learning techniques.
• Coaching
• Design & deliver coaching journeys for teams and individual leaders (sometimes in partnership with external vendors).
• Coach and guide P&C partners in the team on how best to support the business with their L&OD needs.
• An accredited coaching certification would be an advantage
• Talent Management & Employee Engagement
• Partner closely with P&C Partners on creating innovative development opportunities for Top Talents
• Support custom activities and initiatives stemming from our engagement survey results. This would include conducting listening sessions or focus groups in local markets
• Other Operational Responsibilities:
• Build & Execute a custom marketing and communication strategy for each India based office (HCC, Mumbai, IIH Bangalore, Delhi)
• Evaluate program success and prepare reports on attendance, feedback, and impact. You will be expected to create custom dashboards & present quarterly impact analysis to local and regional business leaders.
• Manage logistics for scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance for global programs in close partnership with our L&D specialist

Requirements:
• Prior experience in managing people and leading large scale transformation in a corporate learning environment
• Strong data driven mindset and comfortable engaging with senior leaders
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both virtually and in-person.
• Certification in DiSC, Insights, or another psychometric tool is an advantage.
• Coaching accreditation is preferred, Team coaching skills would be an advantage
• Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and lead multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence effectively across different business teams and global locations.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet changing business needs.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
• Passionate about embedding a DEI lens in all activities.
