Success depends on building strong, fast relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning decisions quickly, and coaching teams in an 80/20, test‑and‑learn continuous‑improvement mindset. What's your superpower?
Key superpowers of each T- squad member:

• Relationship builder – rapidly earns trust with senior stakeholders and secures decisions.
• Flexible ''jumper'' – adapts fast across processes and levels (operational to strategic).
What's in it for you...
• Contract of employment.
• Hybrid work.
• Benefits package: private medical care, life and accident insurance, MyBenefit cafeteria platform, sports card, social fund, retirement pension plan, Employee Referral Program.
• Free access to the Max platform.
• Work-life balance initiatives: well-being platform, yoga, massages, educational webinars, Employee Support Program, film screenings organized by employees in the office cinema.
• Training and development: training platform, co-financing of English lessons, Employee Resource Groups, Engagement Club - the opportunity to develop your interests in thematic employee groups, online meetings with experts.
• CSR activities: volunteering, ecological and social initiatives.
• Access to parking spaces.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Identify, prioritize and deliver rapid, measurable improvements (''speed to value'') within GBS, favoring pragmatic solutions and time‑boxed delivery (e.g. 4–12 week sprints) over exhaustive redesigns.
• Lead initiatives focused on fast benefit realization on the journey to World Class processes with global span of control, using lightweight governance and decision logs to maintain momentum.
• Challenging the status quo within business processes to identify better ways of working to drive value creation, including quick wins that can be piloted within weeks.
• Build and maintain strong, fast relationships with senior stakeholders; manage expectations proactively, establish an exec‑level cadence (updates, risks, asks), and secure timely decisions and sponsorship.
• Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders to keep them aware and aligned incl. effective risk and issue management as needed, with concise executive storytelling (one‑page updates, dashboards).
• Promote and be an ambassador of a continuous improvement mindset with an 80/20, test‑and‑learn approach (pilot & scale) to support an ongoing program of change across the entire GBS.
• Leading and facilitating process improvement workshops/training to drive ideas and solutions across GBS.
• Leading and mentoring process improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen, SixSigma) as toolkits when useful-not as prerequisites-balancing method with speed.
• To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance, applying risk‑based governance to keep cycle time low.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, including continuous improvement, transition and project management, business/financial analysis with a track record of delivering material outcomes in short, defined cycles (e.g., measurable results within 4–12 weeks).
• Minimum 3 years of experience & successful track record directly managing strategic projects & programs (incl. transitions) of high complexity, significant ROI, scale and international exposure including regular engagement with senior leaders and steering forums to accelerate decisions and remove blockers.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Technology, Human Resources) required.

Knowledge/Skills
• Self‑driven, independent leader, with strong decision‑making abilities and a results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery -with clear bias for action and comfort making informed trade‑offs to accelerate value.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced matrixed environment with flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
• Exceptional relationship builder at senior levels-able to rapidly gain credibility, influence decisions, and maintain momentum through clear, concise executive communication.
• Strong ability to interact professionally at all levels (incl. top management) internally and externally.
• Experienced in people management with strong interpersonal skills and experience managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional understanding of continuous improvement/project management methodologies/concepts/tools with a proven track record. Practical, outcomes‑first application of Lean, Agile, and Change Management; certifications are a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Great project/program management skills and proven track record with transparent metrics (time‑to‑value, adoption speed, realized benefits).
• Experience in process automation using various tools such as Workflows, RPA, Chatbots, AI with a preference for lightweight, quickly deployable solutions before heavier investments.
Other Requirements
• Experience providing training/mentoring sessions.
• Proactive, can-do, problem solver, ''nothing's impossible'', team player attitude.
