Job Description
Job Purpose:
1) Drive direct revenue through deal negotiations, closures, and client servicing.
2) Ensure high-quality sales by focusing on ideation, innovation, and broad offerings (on-air, online, PL) while securing premium pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Revenue Generation:
• Take full ownership of achieving sales targets.
• Manage key client relationships, focusing on growing their total spending.
• Develop new clients, with the goal of converting at least half into regular spenders.
• Collaborate internally with S&P, marketing, programming, and traffic teams to leverage network strengths and deliver customized pitches for higher yields.
• Sell a range of offerings, including online, brand solutions, marketing events, and promotional licensing, alongside traditional on-air sales.
2) Sales Processes (Internal/External):
• Maintain up-to-date MIS reports and sales projections.
• Build and sustain market relationships and CSR activities.
• Assist the finance team with timely market collections.
Job Requirements:
1) Education: Postgraduate degree in management or media studies.
2) Experience: 3+ years of TV/media sales experience, with a focus on non-FCT sales (client-customized brand solutions)
