Your New Role…

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our International Total Reward Team, based in Chiswick. You'll report to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager and will play a vital role supporting around 4,000 employees across our TV & Film, News, Games, Tech, Studios and Tours teams in the UK, Ireland and Jersey. This role will partner with the UK C&B team to provide essential advisory services and analytical support focussed on the UK, Ireland & Jersey.

This is a great opportunity to join the International Reward team as we engage in harmonisation efforts, which include creation of new policies and processes, new benefits programmes and change management activities. This creates huge learning opportunities by listening to the feedback from employees and integrating this into the design, delivery, and implementation of Total Reward programs in support of WBD business strategies.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Complete in-depth analysis on UK reward programmes; conduct research, analyse data, and identify trends across Compensation and Benefits programmes
• Conduct data modelling and cost analysis, and suggest recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans
• Support International compensation management through annual competitive analysis, annual merit, and bonus cycle, and carrying out analysis to identify and track trends
• Create training & presentations to educate HR and managers on C&B initiatives to understand and enable to be self-sufficient as possible through our available compensation tools. Supporting the Senior Manager in sessions with People & Culture partners
• Collaborate with the C&B Manager, Legal and P&C on preparation of Union negotiations and information sharing, as well as prepare analysis/recommendations as required for Union meetings
• Supports the benefit renewal process, collating and managing data, completing submissions, and reviewing changes
• Supporting in benefit governance, ensuring information about plans are documented, and are accurate at all times. Track the benefit costs and support in the benefit budget process
• Analyses data and prepares job pricing recommendations for executive, complex and niche roles
• Working on salary survey data submissions, including matching of roles, transition of data and competitive analysis tools
• Liaising with Benefit vendors, evaluating usage, service quality, and supporting in design improvements

Qualifications & Experience...
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with proven ability to work with autonomy, multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly and pivot where priorities change
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to see the bigger picture and design processes and operating practices that minimise risk and drive efficiency
• Strong communication skills that are clear and engaging, tailoring communication style effectively to your audience. Strong presentation skills – able to clearly communicate complex analysis and tell the story
• Excellent relationship and customer service skills exhibiting a high level of tact, diplomacy, managing conflict, and influence others
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, with mathematical aptitude
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, including PowerPoint
• Google sheets, Docs, and Slides skills are useful
