Join Warner Bros. Discovery as a dedicated Sales Services Executive within the busy Germany Sales Services Department. The Sales Services Executive plays a crucial role in providing class services and support to the sales team. Your Role Accountabilities…
- Scheduling and optimization of TV advertising campaigns
- Provide first class servicing to designated agencies with the aim of maximizing share of their media and marketing budgets and attaining maximum client satisfaction
- Handling of booking orders
- Detailed planning of commercial breaks
- Dealing with order as well as delivery confirmations
- Inspection and control of the advertising material
- Creation and delivery of daily commercial break files to Presentation Scheduling within agreed timelines
- Coordinate the coding and delivery of all commercial copy to the Transmission Centre within agreed timelines
- Close collaboration with the internal Sales, Digital Sales and Brand Solutions departments

Qualifications & Experience…
- Studies in a relevant field or a completed education
- High affinity for numbers and detail oriented
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
- Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Fluent in German, good English knowledge
- Result and service driven
- Competent handling of MS Office
