The Job

As part of a 'best in class' Pan-Nordic team, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist both the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager with a wide variety of operational, and even strategic tasks. In short: You are likely to experience anything, and everything related to the value-chain of film, both from an operational and a strategic point of view. Our promise: You will learn a lot!

The Daily

Your skills and drive will be an important part of our execution. You will offer equal support to the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager, with a shifting priority pending on the workflow on either side. In addition to the Finnish team, you'll work very closely with the Nordic colleagues as well as the EMEA team in London. In your job you'll be in continuous dialogue with theatres and other external partners and service providers, including creative and media agencies.

Your tasks will include:
• Acting as a back-up for the Sales Manager, i.e. assisting with exhibitor bookings and reporting daily cinema results.
• Preparing sales and marketing presentations and writing and sending newsletters.
• Invoice management.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager in various marketing and communication tasks.
• Writing and publishing press releases, maintaining media relations and organising press screenings.
• Localisation of various marketing materials to the Finnish market.
• Social media management.
• Organizing events, such as conventions and premieres.

The Essentials
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Finnish and English.
• You have previous experience from working in a sales or marketing role and have relevant qualifications in these areas.
• You have a meticulous approach to tasks at hand and pay excellent attention to even the smallest details.
• You are an independently motivated problem-solver with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
• You have good organisational and time management skills and prioritise effectively.
• You are a team player who feels confident working in a fast-paced international environment handling multiple contacts.
• With a positive mindset, flexibility and a high energy level you will be a great fit for the role and team!

The Nice-to-Haves
• You have a passion for film and love for cinema.
• You have previous experience from working in the film industry.
• You are computer literate and learn quickly how to use different systems. (You'll be using numerous different ones!)
• You have graphic design experience and advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications or have experience with editing videos.
• You know your way around social media and are up to date with the latest best practices and trends. You understand what content works on different social media platforms.
• You have experience in developing and executing influencer campaigns to reach the desired target audience.
