Your New Role…

This position will play a key role in Content Distribution in Latin America for Warner Bros Discovery catalogue. Will work closely with other departments and divisions of the company. The main purpose of this job is to support Sales Executives on all the sales process steps while following company processes and controls.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Create and maintain product availability to clients
• Create and update content orders in ERP system ''Cosmos''
• Coordinate delivery of materials to clients
• Distribute sales documentation
• Maintain runs management reports, client and country summaries
• Participate in budget and forecast planning process on an ad-hoc basis
• Assist finance department in collection and reconciliation of invoices
• Ad-hoc sales projects

Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 or more years of work experience in sales planning or accounting/finance
• Full professional proficiency, both oral and written, in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to be flexible and self-directed in a fast-paced environment, while managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ERP systems.

The Nice to Haves
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred
• Knowledge of the television and/or streaming industry in Latin America
