The PTP Coordinator role exists to coordinate and oversee Procure to Pay (PTP) operations within Warner Bros. Discovery. The role focuses on ensuring efficient end-to-end PTP process execution, strong controls and SOX compliance, and effective coordination between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
The PTP Coordinator acts as a key operational owner, ensuring that PTP activities are delivered in line with agreed service levels, company policies and control requirements, while supporting continuous improvement across PTP processes.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Procure to Pay activities, including those performed by external service providers, ensuring service quality, timeliness and compliance with WBD policies and SOX controls
• Act as the primary point of contact for the external service provider, managing operational topics, issue resolution, escalations and follow-ups
• Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs, supporting performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate core PTP processes to support operational success (e.g. vendor creation, invoice processing, PO matching, invoice routing)
• Support and coordinate month-end and year-end activities, including reconciliation of Accounts Payable balance sheet accounts
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into WBD systems and PTP processes, maintain and update PTP process documentation and work instructions for supported countries
• Act as a subject matter expert for PTP processes and technologies (OpenText VIM, SAP ECC, Blackline)

Qualifications & Experience...
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay
• Strong SAP experience is required
• Experience in the Media industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Transition or transformation experience is an advantage
