Programming Assistant

Job Description

• Scheduling of the plannings grids into the systems, for Linear channels and AVOD.
• Maintain the grids updated with the latest information, considering Content Strategy, Revenue Ops., Log/Traffic and Marketing needs. Monitoring of timing issues, deadlines and adjustment the grids when necessary.
• Follow up of the regular operative workflow flagging needs and issues, as an opportunity to develop efficiencies and leaning processes.
• Provide support to the Programming Coordinator on BAU operative issues.

Qualifications & Experience
• Provide ideas and proposals, based on analytical thinking, for operative efficiencies.
• Keep updated all programming information to the key stakeholders.
• Maintain for assigned networks in a timely manner: programming grids, content trackers, etc.
