Presentation Coordinator (W/M/D)

Your new role...

Working in the Network Scheduling department this role will be responsible for the optimisation and presentation Scheduling across assigned WBD channel portofolio.
• Plan and prepare the daily Presentation schedule for assigned channels
• Liaise with the Programming, Marketing and Ad Sales team to ensure a fully optimized, editorial sound and compliant playlist is delivered to Transmission
• Execute playlist updates and manual changes as required.
• Execute media planning strategy for secondary events as requested.
• Liaise with AdSales for optimized advertising inventor
• As Presentation Scheduler you will build, complete and deliver daily transmission schedules for WBD channels

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Ensuring playlists are optimized for maximum viewer retention, adhering to announced start times and are compliant with regulatory bodies
• Schedule on-air look in accordance with channel and slot branding. Schedule special placement graphics, such as legally required graphics
• Liaising with Content, Ad Sales, Marketing and Transmission teams to follow up on technical issues related to scheduled material such as commercials, programmes and trailers in running playlists or scheduled for immediate broadcast.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of new software development, upgrades and workflows as required by the Management Team.
• Assist and support other teams within the Network Origination Services Team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Ensure the delivery of fully optimized, editorially sound and compliant playlists for assigned channels.

Qualifications & Experience...
• A first experience in on-air scheduling. Candidates with experience considered to be equivalent may be considered.
• An understanding of the end to end broadcast chain.
• Understanding of the media landscape in the European markets
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of schedule optimisation and marketing strategies.
• Good knowledge of the scheduling system What's On or equivalent Broadcast planning system.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated and a good team player
• Capable of decision making and maintaining high performance while working under pressure
• Experience of working in an international organisation is beneficial but not a must.
• Great organization skills with outstanding attention to details.
• Proficient in Office Microsoft package and Good IT skills
