Your New Role

The People & Culture Team is at the center of the HR function. People & Culture Partners are connected

to business units (BU) and work closely with the business to understand a BU's talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges and then in partnership with the People Solutions team and COEs, strategizes and activates solutions that deliver high impact.

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the execution of HR programs, handles employee inquiries, and assists with general project management, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, conflict resolution, relationship management, etc. This position will be located in New York City.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Provides day to day HR support for the News and Sports People & Culture team on projects and administrative tasks.
• Become a trusted HR point of contact and work to resolve employee issues in a proactive and positive manner.
• Own and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for regular employees, temporary and seasonal employees, and interns.
• Assists the People & Culture Team by providing basic project management support on HR initiatives including, but not limited to, performance management, conflict management, coaching, development, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent andteam development and compliance, working closely with Talent Leaders, People Solutions, COEs, and Shared Services, as required.
• Helps execute withthe People Partner Leads' and Talent Leaders' HR-related initiatives suchas, organization design& integration, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Develops working relationships with stakeholders including News & Sports P&C team, Workforce Administration (WFA), COE partners, and business employees.
• Qualifications & Experience
• 3 years' experience in HR or related client-focused role.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR principles and practices.
• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Must be extremely organized, efficient yet thorough and meticulously detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities/projects simultaneously and work well with minimal supervision.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and exhibit good judgment.
• Critical thinker who is naturally curious with a strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change.
• Team-focused, collaborative, resourceful and proactive.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
