General Summary:

The overall goal of this position is to contribute to the performance of the networks by accurately implementing the network promotional vision & strategies within the program breaks and ensuring timely delivery of complete and accurate logs to Master Control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for completion of the promo optimization, which includes the creation of work orders and commissioning lists, as well as the daily delivery of the assigned logs.
• Attend weekly team meetings where programming initiatives, priorities and strategies are discussed and communicated by the regional Content team.
• Responsible for implementing optimal promo placement via the GripIt! Optimizer tool. Coordinator will be expected to be versed in reach & frequency, TRP loads, duplication (host & competitive channel-set) and affinity.
• Expected to fully understand legal and business imposed regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations with regards to the overall structure and use of breaks for the assigned region.
• Manage any last-minute Programming changes and any make any adjustments to program templates and/or promos affected by the change.
• Responsible for the timely construction, accurate completion, and delivery of the daily logs to the Broadcast Center.
• Work closely with the Sterling Broadcast Operations team to confirm receipt of efficient log download and completion process.
• Full knowledge and understanding of the IBMS log functions to contribute, develop, and communicate more effective ways to manipulate content and sales elements in the logs.
• Maintain standard forms of communication with local Revenue Operations Managers, Media Planning & Programming teams to ensure all requests and channel strategies are managed and implemented properly.
• Responsible for updating secondary element strategy (In-Program Promotion) in the IBMS template for assigned networks.
• Responsible for accurately conducting the Reconciliation process for all elements scheduled on the logs in both modules (IBMS & BTS).
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities are subject to change based on the Department and Company's demands and needs.

Requirements:
• Candidate should have 1+ years of related experience, preferably in television environment or operations.
• College degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer literacy with full understanding of MS Office.
• Previous Traffic System experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (both written and verbal).
• Proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Must be able to maintain positive, productive relationships with a variety of internal and external constituents.
• Familiarity with television or media agency environment a plus.
• Bi-lingual or tri-lingual (Spanish, English, Portuguese) is preferred.

Metrics:
• Knowledge & experience of traffic operations is preferred.
• Capability for trouble shooting, issue escalation, and solving complex scenarios.
• Strong personal and communication skills.
• Independent worker who maintains excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be willing to work some late evenings/over-time as it is periodically required.
