Merchandising Assistant - Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL)Join our dynamic merchandising team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. As a Merchandising Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to have the right products in the right place at the right time. You'll provide essential administrative support, preparing and analysing reports on sales, stock, intake, and markdowns.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Prepare for Monday trade meetings, assist with range sign-off analysis, and tackle any ad-hoc requests and queries on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong connections with suppliers to guarantee timely product deliveries.
• Produce precise and impactful reports for meetings and other purposes.
• Raise, issue, and maintain accurate purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate stock receipt.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed about market trends and competitor activities, both on the high street and online.
• Understand and cater to the expectations of Harry Potter fans visiting our locations.
• Assist in training and developing other merchandising assistants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Update WSSI's and line flows on a weekly basis.
• Maintain and update delivery schedules and weekly intake forecasts.
• Manage store allocations to optimise performance and handle ad-hoc allocations for promotions and events.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• A methodical, accurate, and logical approach to work.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently.
• Understands the customer and their needs.
• A great attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other merchandising systems is advantageous but not essential.

The Studio Tour offers special features to enable visitors to deepen their understanding of how the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films were made. With iconic film sets to explore, costumes and props to discover and magical experiences to delight, the indoor attraction invites visitors to enjoy scenes from the films first-hand and discover how the world's favourite book series was brought to life on screen.
The Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9¾ invites visitors to capture the magic of ''pushing a trolley through the wall'' at our popular photo experience. Then explore the shop, which showcases a wide range of official Harry Potter merchandise in a uniquely themed environment, all in the heart one of London's busiest railway stations.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
