Media Operations Coordinator (FTC) W/M/D

We are looking for a temporary parental leave (1.5 minimum- up to 2 years) replacement with immediate effect

Your New Role
Order, Check and Coordinate the required materials for all DISC channels in the GAS territories (linear and nonlinear) and the creation of the commercial breaks while keeping the German quality standards.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Responsibility for material procurement and delivering program materials for linear and non-linear usage and program sales.
• Planning, coordination and control of orders and technical processes within in the Content Supply Chain
• Supporting, updating and maintenance of essential information and metadata in Content Management Systems and databases
• Ensuring the broadcast with regard to technical specifications while meeting the timelines given by program- and broadcast planners
• Close cooperation and communication with internal departments and external service providers

Qualifications & Experience
• Solid experience in Digital Media / TV Postproduction, (digital) Media Management or similar fields
• Basic knowledge of common digital media and TV video-, audio- and file transfer standards as well as associated tools
• Sufficient experience with Content Management Systems and databases
• Very good knowledge about office software like Google Suite and MS Office
• Proactive, foresighted and accurate way of working
• Good written and spoken English
