Your New Role…

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, International Licensee Markets. In this role you will be responsible for the development of product and marketing plans/campaigns for Warner Bros.' portfolio of titles across Digital and Physical Home Video formats, leading the product planning and marketing campaigns delivery across the Digital Partners and Home Video Licensees in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.

You will take responsibility for the development, execution, analysis and profitability of marketing activities across subset of International licensee territories, supporting commercial leads as required and leading key technical projects in support of optimizing efficiencies in the marketing operations.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Lead the planning support for partners, identifying key titles and promotional opportunities across WB portfolio of product.
• Create relevant release and promotional calendars both across regions and specific clients to optimize sales performance and support transactional growth, exploring new opportunities to drive revenue growth on the accounts managed as the business evolves and/or as new capabilities are introduced on the platforms.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and team to define release marketing strategies and be responsible for the development of allocated product propositions and executions in line with our set marketing strategies and communications, as well as analysis and profitability of marketing activities across a range of titles.
• Work with SMM and account teams to develop initiatives with key partners in order to enhance Warner Bros. Discovery's position as a leading content supplier.
• Drive New Release, TV, Family Animation and Catalogue marketing initiatives and activities with partners.
• Supervise and provide input for various territory promotional proposals as required (e.g. pricing promotions, third party promotions etc.), monitoring performance, tracking versus marketing plan and forecasts.
• Work with SMM and Marketing team to initiate and develop creative solutions for key campaigns based on opportunities to promote Catalogue across our Partners, monitoring spend vs marketing budgets and assess ROI and benefits of trade campaigns with SMM.
• Analyze key business factors such as competitive pricing and promotional strategies to help the department remain proactive and informed, working closely with senior members of the International Licensee team.
• Be up to date with latest marketing/social media trends to help identify media opportunities for our campaigns on priority markets or on cross divisional level and share best practices.
• Lead the product planning processes to ensure that WBD content is available to our partners as required (incl. edits, ratings information, localization etc), working with Operations/Supply Chain teams to ensure product delivery in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Proven product/brand management experience in video marketing and/or FMCG. Experience in New Release strongly preferred, as is previous multi-national experience.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to priorities workload, detail orientation and follow-through skills.
• Computer proficiency and full working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent listening written, oral and presentation skills
• Ability to take initiative, develop work processes, provide marketing analyses and summary reports as necessary. Specific financial background not required - but must be numerate.
• Ability to apply project management, marketing and analytical skills to the video business.
• Strong team player & able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multitask and work well under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Clear Leadership qualities – excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – combined with the ability to be able to win confidence and influence positive results across all levels of the company.
• A deep interest in and demonstrable knowledge of the film business will be a pre-requisite to success in this role.
