Your New Role…

An industry leader since its inception, the Warner Bros. Home Entertainment International Licensee office works across Central and Eastern Europe, CIS, Middle East, Africa, India, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand, developing and coordinating sales/marketing strategies and product releases of content through packaged goods (4K UHD, Blu-ray Disc™ and DVD) and digital media in the form of electronic sell-through and video-on-demand via cable, satellite, online and mobile channels. The International Licensee team in London helps WBD distribute its products through third party retail partners, platforms and licensees, as well as directly to consumers through global platforms such as Amazon, Apple and Google Play.

Your Role Accountabilities…

As Marketing Executive, you will provide marketing support to the International Licensee Marketing Home Ent team, including day-to-day support coordination of marketing materials, developing marketing activities in Licensee markets and monitoring Licensees' activities and best practice for both physical and digital clients.

Digital Distribution:
• Identify promotional opportunities across the film slate and seasonal events. Create and maintain an annual promotional calendar for the account teams to use across the various regions and clients.
• Share marketing updates with Digital partners on a monthly basis & collate best practices to share with the wider team.
• Support in the development of promotional activities, coordinate and check implementation of those activities. Also responsible for channeling activities through the relevant approval process and collating the results for the best practice wrap report.
• Work with Marketing team to review local digital partner platforms on a regular basis, reporting on positioning on store, in the charts, pricing, promotions, competitor activities etc.
• Ensure that all the necessary materials for the marketing of key titles are provided to the digital partners (via SharePoint and email) in a clear, accurate and timely manner and be the main go to person for support with any asset queries.

Home Video:
• Work with the Marketing Managers to monitor Licensee and Affiliate dates for key titles (via CAS/RRT) and follow theatrical window changes. Maintain key theatrical dates/box office info in schedules where relevant.
• Manage the promotional approval process: reviewing concepts submitted by the Licensees and providing initial feedback where applicable in order to then submit to various teams in Burbank for further approvals including Legal, Marketing & Creative.
• Support the Marketing Managers in identifying and developing territory-specific and multi-territory marketing and promotional strategies, including the execution of special projects and ad hoc reporting / presentations. Provide guidance on marketing assets as necessary and collate best practices for the Licensee Markets across key Franchise pillars (i.e. Wizarding World, DC) or tentpole titles.
• Coordinate the creative approval process for materials submitted by the Licensees for review & oversee the creation of social media assets for the Home Ent campaigns.
• Maintain the release schedules shared with the Physical and Digital Licensees up to date & distribute on a bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Marketing experience in a busy work environment required.
• Passion for film and emerging technologies, including the use of online platforms for marketing.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the home entertainment industry.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous work experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• International market experience preferred.
