Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar aligned with business priorities and seasonal opportunities; monitor execution progress to ensure alignment with planned activities
• Assist to develop and pitch strategic marketing plans for each WBD content & momentums and implement marketing activities with local & global clients
• Assist client onboarding for WBD marketing guidelines & marketing resource sites, manage and approve clients' access and order requests, and handle ad hoc asset requests
• Support clients' marketing activities: deliver marketing materials/tools/metadata, coordinate marketing events, work on localization/translation, arrange sweepstake support, etc
• Assist to review and approve clients' marketing materials, including social assets, to ensure final assets follow WBD guidelines
• Update prize tax in a timely manner & assist in raising POs, manage and book-keep on marketing expenses
• Manage office marketing storage and arrange delivery of sweepstakes for marketing events

• Gather marketing activities and work on coverage reports on monthly basis to update internal teams on the ongoing marketing activations
• Check sales updates of WBD titles and share them with relevant teams on daily basis
• Organize annual overseas offline event participation at Asia Television Forum (ATF), including booth ideation, agency coordination for booth production, logistics, on-site operations, and client gifting.
• Monitor market trends and momentums to assist in pitching marketing opportunities such as special programming and social sweepstake to clients
• Lead original merchandise ideation and oversee planning and production in collaboration with global and local CP agencies to develop culturally relevant products that resonate with the INSEAK market
• Coordinate cross-functional communications by staying aligned with multiple teams: work on pitching deck to support the sales team, liaise with creative services to assist with clients' additional asset requests, and communicate with the head office to update license status, etc.
HOME ENTERTAINMENT (KOREA) 30%

• Analyze theatrical release calendars, competitive content, seasonal moments, and franchise cycles to plan and draft promotions; pitch campaign strategies to clients and negotiate discount rates for execution
• Gather results from marketing activities, monitor title availabilities across platforms, and analyze sales data on drafting & discount promotion performance with key clients
• Manage marketing materials & data inputs for the internal asset management site, and arrange localization for key arts, text metadata, enhanced contents, etc
• Research competitive release dates and pricing models
THE ESSENTIALS
• Education: Degree holder, preferably in Marketing
• 2-3 years' experience in advertising, promotion & publicity is desirable
• Experience with advertising or entertainment industry is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Be able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Team player, well organized and willing to work under pressure and overtime
• High proficient in Microsoft applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
