Job Description

Your New Role...

Work in a fast-paced environment focusing on domestic content fulfillment. Duties will include being a key contributor for many integral department duties while also being available to liaise with other department initiatives as needed.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Fulfill internal and external screenings (high-profile, trade, marketing, publicity, NY/LA)
• Manage pre-release and wide release first run title fulfillment
• Works closely with WB Sales team to ensure proper bookings, formats, workflow, and fulfillment processes are met
• Regulate Bel Air Circuit requests
• Create & analyze reports for internal and external distribution using Excel, TOBI, Tableau, ScreenTrack, etc.
• Oversight of theatre audit and anti-piracy content protection
• Censor Board alignment
• Streaming platform screening execution (PIX, Censor Boards, Charity, WMScreeners)
• Reconcile MACCS to ensure accurate film formats, bookings, enhancements, etc
• Audit and process vendor invoices and payments
• Process PCard transactions & department expense reports
• Must regularly be available after hours to monitor department emails from colleagues and vendors
• Support projects and office tasks as needed for both internal and external departments

Qualifications and Experience...
• Bachelor's degree essential
• Previous research experience preferred
• Previous entertainment experience required
• Distribution background required
• Some experience in production/post-production/publicity preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Must have the ability to adapt to ever-changing work flows and immediate requirements and time constraints
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively
• Must have the ability to work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good follow through on all tasks assigned
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with senior executives in the entertainment industry at Warner Bros.and other studios.
• Knowledge of key industry personnel required
• Film history background preferred and strong research background required
• Knowledge of current and future digital cinema projection technologies preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and Power Point
• Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English language usage, report and letter formats
• Must have a California Driver's License and the ability to drive.
• Must be able to work in-office for a minimum of 3 days per week; More as needed

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Details
Salary Range: $54,600 to $101,400 Per Year ($ USD)
