Your New Role...
At Warner Bros. Discovery, securing content across our brands is of top priority. The Manager, Production Content Security will support content security needs and requirements for Warner Bros. Discovery across specified Feature Film and TV productions globally. This position will be strategically aligned to the various Warner Bros. Discovery physical production, post-production, and visual effects departments, reporting to the Director, Production Content Security.
Responsibilities include advising on secure infrastructure and tool set-up and support, in alignment with Warner Bros. Discovery Cybersecurity Office, Content Protection policies, and wider industry initiatives. This position will also support overall training and local awareness of Warner Bros. Discovery Content Protection policy and industry best practices. Please note that for this role, international travel may be required where necessary
Your Role Accountabilities...
• As directed, support business units on the adoption of secure content workflows during development through post-production.
• Support risk-based content security review for non-standard production and post-production workflows and tools, through collaboration with subject matter experts from across the business. Advise on the application of appropriate hardening guidelines and/or configuration guidance for the most secure implementation of tools/infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain internal production workflow documentation.
• Support Director, Production Content Security on gathering evidence/remediation efforts related to Internal Audit activities for area of focus.
• Support overall training and awareness of Warner Bros. Discovery Content Protection policies and industry best practices.
Offer guidance to business units on the implementation of tooling and processes to ensure alignment with policies, standards, and baselines.
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years working with Production Executives, process sponsors and stakeholders
• Experience in securing network and systems in a production environment
• Ability to navigate the complexities of prioritization while balancing partner relationships
• Superb communication skills in all written, oral, and presentation capabilities, with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of personnel (staff to executive)
• Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple contending priorities
• Superior Client Services skills
• Broad experience (or demonstrable knowledge) of feature and episodic processes and workflows across all production and post-production departments
• Certifications in Cloud based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with either an architectural, administrative, or security focus preferred. CISSP Certification preferred.
