Your New Role…

The Manager, Distribution Planning at Warner Bros. Pictures International Home Office in Burbank, supports the effort of feature film releases in more than 100 territories overseas. The role helps manage business relationships with third party production and distribution partners (including but not limited to MGM) and performs various tasks throughout each film's release planning cycle. Acts as a project manager and provides sales forecasts, distribution analyses, and reports as directed to the International Theatrical Distribution department, WB senior management, as well as production and distribution partners. Assists in managing and maintaining internal systems and process changes.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Distribution Planning

Under supervision, manages a wide array of day-to-day pre-release activities for theatrical feature film releases internationally Liaises with WB Marketing on matters impacting film distribution effort to cinemas overseas Under tight deadlines, interacts with WB international field offices on information requests, strategy and sales coordination, pre-release deliverables, and other ad hoc requests

Box Office Performance Reporting & Analysis

Analyzes film performances on a weekly and lifetime basis Prepares pre and post release performance analyses and reporting, including MGM and other partners' films Liaises with third party partners, including MGM, and handles all reporting correspondence Monitors and keeps record of notifications between WB and MGM and/or other partners according to contract terms to ensure compliance Ad hoc reporting as requested by senior management

Account Administration

Acts as a WB360 (a WB proprietary system) specialist to ensure key film and marketing material information is provided to WB offices for their local exhibitors Assists with WB360 rollout in Europe, Asia, and Latin America by liaising with international super users to develop deployment strategy Facilitates training sessions with international offices via online conference calls Updates training materials and presentations accordingly Participates in application design and user acceptance testing with key users for DASH (a WB proprietary system) to validate box office, revenue and ultimates functionality and workflow Manages reported issues and troubleshoots as needed, and coordinates with Technical Support to resolve and test problems.

Qualifications and Experience
• 3 – 5 years of analyst experience preferred. Financial Analysis background highly desirable
• Entertainment or related industry experience a plus
• Previous experience working on multiple tasks in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
• International experience a plus
• Undergraduate Business, Finance or Accounting degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access required
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of general Sales and Distribution processes
• Knowledge of information management system
• Strong ability to navigate various systems to capture analysis and results
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Must pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work well under time constraints
• Must be able to handle multiple task and communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels
• Experience with an international audience desired

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,240.00 - $134,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
