Your New Role…

Leads optimization and promotion inventory management within all WBD owned and operated digital platforms including TVE, display, and in-stream break promotion. Responsible for oversight of private marketplace(s) for owned media, ensuring the integrity of promotion campaigns, audience targeting, measurement components, enhancements, reporting and analysis against KPIs (including data validation). The Digital Optimization Manager will support DTC strategy (acquisition and engagement) and work alongside O&O leaders to ensure digital efforts are cohesive with linear strategies overall and align with strategies for individual campaigns. The Digital Optimization Manager interfaces with the Programmatic and Marketing Intelligence teams as necessary and also acts as a backup to the Cross Platform Manager.

Functioning as a strategic thinker, the Digital Optimization Manager is part of the Subscriber Growth & Media department and reports to the Director, Media Strategy & Analytics. Within the SG&M department, s/he works closely with colleagues from the paid, audience growth and data/tools disciplines. S/he also interfaces with key contacts from external departments including Marketing, Research, Digital, Commercial Operations, Media Logistics, and IT, among others, to ensure promotion execution is in line with agreed upon strategies.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Work with director to develop and ensure execution of strategic plans across all digital platforms
• Ensure optimal use of all digital assets utilizing key performance metrics
• Provide campaign recommendations for effective use of digital assets
• Lead strategic conversations with internal partners
• Drive recommendations based on past learnings
• Oversee detailed campaign planning and strategic execution of campaigns
• Attend necessary meetings and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure audience targets finalized, deliverables determined, and work orders assigned
• Lead strategists/coordinators in execution of media plans
• Lead, motivate, inspire, and coach colleagues in order to achieve business goals
• Support team development by providing feedback as necessary
• Lead development of post analysis for all campaigns ensuring the narrative is clear with key takeaways and recommendations
• Work with internal partners to analyze holistic campaign effectiveness
• Oversee maintenance of performance reports to track, monitor, and analyze marketing efforts across all platforms
• Lead/provide support for ad hoc projects or urgent/last minute requests as necessary

Qualifications & Experience…
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Media Strategy within an agency and/or television content community
• Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency when applicable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, take initiative and have a positive and collaborative demeanor
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively sell in material to internal and external network partners and other stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure with continuous ability to reprioritize, applying media thinking and ''best practice'' knowledge to all areas of media planning with minimal guidance
• Understanding of Nielsen ratings
• Proficient in business production tools including that of both Google and Microsoft Office systems, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint

Skills/Abilities:
• Computer skills including an understanding of Google Workplace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Working knowledge of optimizers, traffic and workflow systems (AWM, Gabriel, iPromo, CAT, Freewheel)
• Strong background using web testing, analytics platforms, and digital ad servers
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JS, web content systems, visualization systems
• Attention to detail, analytics/problem-solving ability, ability to learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team leadership abilities
• Strong quantitative data skills and the capacity to understand research information and analytics
• Analytical and creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning/improvement

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
