Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Manager, Compensation Programs to join the Total Rewards Team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing key global compensation programs and managing processes that support the Total Rewards team including Compensation Consulting groups.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Design, build data tools and processes to support multiple facets of the global job architecture initiative including tools to enable Compensation Consulting teams and People & Culture Partners to align and calibrate employees to the job architecture framework, build models and visualizations to help make decisions on salary structure and geographic differential revisions. Support data management between job architecture and Workday.
• Update and maintain our global market-pricing database to align with a newly harmonized job architecture framework. Build processes for integrated data updates between HRIS and tool.
• Project manage the end-to-end roll out of a global recognition program including coordinating system setup with the external vendor, HR systems, and Technology. Develop and manage processes between various stakeholders including business leaders, finance, payroll, and other supporting groups on budgeting and reporting. Lead the change management effort communicate, educate, and market the new program through collaboration of our change management, communications, and People & Culture teams.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, business, HRIS, and Legal as it relates to compensation.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant compensation experience
• Bachelor's degree - Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or Business degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Strong skills in project management and process improvement
• Expert level skill with MS Excel; proficient experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or other data visualization tools highly preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to varying audiences
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail
• Thorough understanding of compensation practices, trends and compensation-related legislation
• Prior experience in a large, complex, global organization preferred
