Job Description
Your New Role…

Support the Alternative Content Team with the execution of worldwide theatrical events highlighting films in the WB Classic library in addition to support for the Distribution Services Team and their fulfillment efforts. Manage the WB Classics website, understanding the various data sources that feed information into the portal. Facilitate the order processing of film and television content for Non-Theatrical exhibitions worldwide. Support the Distribution Services team with system updates of first run formats, the tracking of and reporting on theatrical system updates, enhancements, and new installations.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Maintains functional integrity of the WB Classics Website (consumer-facing portal); ensure all theatrical and non-theatrical rights information is accurate and properly displayed; regularly check that the film information is transmitted correctly (formats, languages, run times, resolution, etc.). Research rights information and restrictions for all IP as needed. Leads the next phase of the website, which will be the inclusion of television series/episodes and their corresponding non-theatrical rights information.
• Runs point on troubleshooting in the event of user issues on the WB Classics Website; works with WB Technology on user login issues, Okta verification, and assigning users to the appropriate owning/buying entity. Identifies solutions to avoid future issues; maintains website FAQ page, as well as a user guide. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes relevant website user data, providing summary reports to senior management as requested.
• Creates and designs web- and internet- based information eBlasts, which highlight film and television (for both WB and HBO) that is cleared for non-theatrical exhibition, anniversary releases, event cinema, and promotional screening events prior to first run prequels/sequels. Ensures timely delivery to all users worldwide.
• Oversees the Domestic theatrical booking process for classic films with department Director. Maintains/enforces a theatrical classics rate card that will streamline the booking process and standardize how terms are set for classic bookings. Works directly with the Domestic Sales Team to ensure the rate card is followed and guides Sales on how to book profitably in MACCS.
• Regularly reviews active contracts for all licensee/vendors (non-theatrical, theatrical, event partners, orchestra producers); maintains tracking document for all contracts, expiration date, royalty rates, renewal terms. Coordinates invoice creation with WB Finance and proper entry into MACCs, SAP.
• Runs point on PCARD reconciliation and approval. Audit vendor invoices for digital content/keys, marketing materials; ensure all charges are accurate, cross-checking with the MACCS booking system and past orders; provide approval on invoices in a timely manner, while adhering to company payment policies.
• Retrieves approved artwork and assets from WB systems; sharing those assets with both Non-Theatrical Clients and Classic Exhibitors (worldwide) to advertise their exhibitions to the public. Works with department Director to approve artwork from licensees and exhibition when alterations to the art are made.
• Handles the receipt and entry of all Purchase Orders for Non-Theatrical licensees worldwide. Follows up with Tech Ops on element delivery, ensuring all formats and language files are properly sent to each lab.
• Facilitates the screenings of films that have not yet been rated by the Canadian Censor Boards; collect and enter ratings into MACCS, which flows through to the portal.
• Maintain first run film formats and theatre capabilities in MACCS; track new installations in the field, including screen enhancements and sound upgrades, through various industry vendor websites and communications.
• Curate and collaborate with WB Sales Team on marketplace/industry activity and updates.
• Main point of contact for streaming platform screening fulfillment (PIX, Censor Boards, Charity, WBD Screeners).
• Oversee box office checking audits with third party companies.
• Supporting special projects as needed for both internal and external departments (Exhibitor Marketing, Post Production, Tech Ops, Mastering).

Qualifications and Experience…
• Studio / entertainment experience preferred.
• Previous database maintenance experience preferred
• College Degree required
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook, Adobe required
• Proficiency using Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) required
• Other knowledge/skills in Photoshop, Dreamwaver, OASIS, and SAP preferred
• Must have knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems
• Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and report and letter formats
• Must be regularly available after hours to monitor department emails from colleagues and vendors
• Must have the ability to work outside of standard office hours as needed
• Must have the ability to commute to the office to work, as well as work virtually as needed
• Must have the ability to multi-task, handling multiple requests simultaneously and responds to time-sensitive demands consistently
• Must have ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, on phone, and by email
• Must have ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written & oral instructions
• Must have ability to organize & schedule work effectively
• Must have ability to work well under time constraints
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,247.00 - $134,172.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
