The Job

We seek a Learning and Development specialist that will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development manager and coordinating high-quality learning programs across the LATAM region.

The Daily
• Support Language Program across the Latam region
• Program and logistics coordination, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking multiple learning events
• Ensure learning systems are up to date with accurate data and monitor reports as needed.
• Develop and build effective learning courses, resources, tools and experiences using a variety of different media (e.g., in-person and on-demand training, resources, job aids, reference guides) to engage the modern learner
• Support L&D Manager on end-to-end project and program management and operations including communications, program delivery, budget, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact

The Essentials
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large scale learning, development programs or equivalent professional events
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed with strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and attention to detail
• Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies
• Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis
• Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese
