Job Description
As a key member of the Nordics businesses, you will play a vital role in bridging different departments and fostering collaboration across the region. Reporting to the Local Community Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Leadership Assistant colleagues in other Nordic countries. This dynamic role offers a blend of traditional Leadership Assistant responsibilities and the chance to support various ad-hoc projects, providing you with a diverse and engaging work experience. Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support the Community Leader and selected members of the Nordic Leadership team.
• Coordinate department administrative and operational needs.
• Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, considering multiple time zones and minimizing diary conflicts.
• Prepare and distribute materials, agendas, notes, minutes, and handouts for meetings.
• Initiate and coordinate community activities and events focused on collaboration and culture building.
• Prepare or assist with events and special projects, including documentation for meetings, creating decks for executive briefings, and planning and logistics for team meetings.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including travel expense reports, purchase orders, and monthly expense claims.
• Arrange and coordinate point-to-point travel (car, flight, hotel, restaurants, etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for the Community Lead and other key members of the Leadership Management Team (LMT), internal and external contacts, clients, and service providers.
• Coordinate with other departmental key contacts and administrative assistants to support the entire business.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…
• A commercial degree or equivalent education.
• Experience in a similar role or as a Project Leader/Coordinator.
• Proven track record as a coordinator delivering excellent service.
• Diligent, accurate, with an eye for detail.
• Proactive with strong time management skills, able to prioritize and re-prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working autonomously, solution-oriented, and positive.
• Consistently operates with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of English and the local language.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft suites, including PowerPoint, and corporate applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technologically advanced industry such as Media, Telecoms, or Technology is an advantage.
