Job Description
This role plays a critical part in advancing WBD's commitment to wellbeing and mental fitness by leading the design and delivery of global programs and events that foster connection, inclusion, and a culture of care. By curating impactful experiences-both virtual and onsite-the Lead, Global Events & Engagement – Wellbeing brings our guiding principles to life, creating moments that matter for employees around the world. Through strategic collaboration with regional leads, local contacts, and cross-functional partners, this role ensures that wellbeing is embedded in the employee experience, aligned with our values, and integrated into how we work, grow, and support one another every day. It is an essential function of this position that the work be performed partially from the Company's offices, as in-person collaboration is critical for fostering trust, delivering sensitive wellbeing programs, engaging with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong, supportive presence within the workplace community.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Plays role in developing strategy in partnership with Sr. Director Wellbeing, as global wellbeing expert
• Design global wellbeing moments that matter, onsite activations, incl. Moments that matter, wellbeing expos, and global programming calendar of virtual events including Zoom invites, etc. working with local points of contact across NorAm and working through regional leads for EMEA, APAC, LatAm
• Lead development and activation of multiple programs across the US/global for wellbeing-specific including:
• Manage US massage program + Mindfulness/HEC Contract
• Manage onsite flu clinics (offices with 300+ offices where we don't have onsite health & wellness centers)
• Manage onsite Mammograms
• Manage Employee Discount Program
• Manage FitNation, sports teams, WeightWatchers, Mindfulness
• Management of fitness partner/onsite gyms
• Potential to support global events/activations across TR to ensure consistency across function
• Collaborate with P&C, BRGs and CSR on community projects and on-site events, plan, develop, etc. to integrate wellbeing
• Work with external vendors, helping to ensure legal compliance for assigned programs of responsibility across different locations related to moments that matter and wellbeing programming

Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate wellbeing, employee engagement, HR program management, or large-scale event planning-preferably in a global or regional capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering employee wellness programs and engagement initiatives across diverse locations and cultures.
• Experience managing external vendors and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in coordinating complex projects and events, both virtual and in-person, with strong attention to detail and logistical planning.
• Familiarity with wellbeing frameworks (e.g., mental health literacy, psychological safety, preventative health programs) and experience applying them in a corporate setting.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong project and program management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across global time zones.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building partnerships and influencing across functions and cultures.
• Culturally aware and inclusive mindset, with a deep understanding of how wellbeing is experienced differently across regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack), and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and occasionally onsite for major activations or planning.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $89,879.00 - $166,918.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
