Your New Role...
This DO Lead is a critical role within WBD's TA organization. You will be responsible for supporting the hiring of diverse talent populations through candidate pipelining, sourcing and strategic internal and external partnerships. You will also be responsible for partnering with functional HR, recruitment, employer branding, sourcing and the data and analytics teams to build diverse outreach initiatives and activations that support talent gap areas. Most importantly, you will empower and serve underrepresented communities across EMEA, LATAM and APAC towards building a more inclusive and equitable WBD workforce.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Work with the Director of Diversity Outreach, VP of Talent, and the VP of International Talent Acquisition to implement scalable workflow processes that support Global TA diversity hiring priorities.
• Assist local business partners, International TA team and hiring managers in developing and maintaining E&I specific hiring strategies and plans for respective regions.
• Demonstrate excellent business partnering capabilities with the ability to quickly establish trusted relationships with TA partners, P&C partners, and business leaders.
• Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align and execute on DO business initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Partner with leads, recruiters, sourcers and P&C partners to facilitate effective event management strategies for respective regions (virtual and in-person).
• Work with employer branding on internal and external branding and pipeline opportunities.
• Team up with the central data and analytics team to create insightful reporting/ dashboards.
• Ensure an effective partnership and workflow with the recruiting, sourcing, branding and data teams to successfully deliver on our DO & TA hiring goals.
• Take a thoughtful, impact focused, strategic approach to E&I and DO projects.
Qualifications & Experience...
• Proven experience in defining and implementing clear and measurable metrics.
• Uses data, analytics, and insights to understand better and establish enterprise-wide and regional challenges, removing roadblocks and resolving inefficiencies.
• Experience working in a multi-territory environment
• Experience working effectively in a diverse global matrix organization
• Demonstrable experience in driving measurable impact within the Diversity Outreach space
• A comprehensive understanding of cultural differences between regions is highly preferred
• Excellent program management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against tight deadlines
• Experience supporting the execution of large-scale events via both internal and external partnerships
• Experience leading international initiatives
• Multi-language ability is a plus
• Some travel may be required
