Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead/Advanced Technical Artist with strong Unreal
and Python/C++ experience to join our Salt Lake City studio. You will be part of a versatile tech-art team working with the latest technology developing a high-profile AAA title. You will develop solutions helping our studio work more efficiently and raising the quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and support asset creators, engineers, and other technical artist by creating solutions, troubleshooting issues, developing tools, defining best practices and standards, and mentoring.
• Involvement in all aspects of asset engine integration and
performance tuning.
• Seek out opportunities for optimization and workflow improvements.
• Work as a team with programmers, designers, animators, artists, and other technical artists.
• Research and develop forward thinking technologies and tools.

Qualifications:
• Strong Unreal foundation.
• Experience developing Python and/or C++ tools within Unreal and other DCC applications.
• Experience creating, troubleshooting, and optimizing complicate Blueprints.
• At least 4 published games with 6+ years' experience in the industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to self-manage and
meet deadlines while setting a professional and collaborative tone.
