Job Description
International Compensation & Benefits Analyst role is part of the Total Rewards team and is based in Warsaw. This role provides analytical support to the Manager C&B for Poland and HR team. Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Reward programs in support of the business strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Completes in-depth analysis on reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Compensation and Benefits programs
• Conducts data modeling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans
• Actively supports all C&B harmonization projects for Poland
• Actively participates in job evaluation processes
• Analyzes data and prepares job pricing recommendations
• Supports the benefit renewal process and the annual benefits budget process at Warner Bros Discovery
• Supports International compensation management through the preparation of the annual competitive analysis, carrying out analysis to identify and track trends
• Translates analysis into creative PowerPoints and dashboards
• Participates in projects to implement global P&C system solutions (Workday, Benify) – analyses, processes, content, user tests
• Liases with other units (eg. Payroll, Finance, IT, P&C Operations) to ensure smooth cooperation and process alignment
• Prepares cyclical reports to inform C&B processes
• Supports implementation of global C&B processes
• Working collaboratively with HR analytical team on joint projects and data accuracy: provides holiday/sickness cover if needed
• May participate in international C&B projects supporting other countries

Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Degree educated or Equivalent
• Strong Microsoft excel skills
• Strong skills MS office, including Power Point
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, with mathematical aptitude
• Previous experience in Compensation &Benefits preferable
• HR system experience, with Workday and SAP experience preferable
• Previous Towers Watson and Mercer surveys and benchmarking methodology preferable
• Strong aptitude for working and being successful in a virtual and culturally diverse team; working effectively through e-mail/teleconferencing
• Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities to provide a high level of prompt and effective customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential issues
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as to develop and deliver presentations
