The Graphic Designer, Creative Advertising develops digital and print creative for Home Entertainment film and television releases worldwide. In partnership with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, this role delivers high-quality design solutions that align with brand strategy, meet production timelines, and support global campaigns across platforms. The position contributes to WBD's priorities through collaboration, innovation, accountability, and a shared commitment to delivering compelling storytelling experiences for audiences worldwide.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Design and produce digital and print creative assets for Home Entertainment film and television releases, including retailer assets, logos, key art, trade and promotional materials. Ensure all work follows brand and studio guidelines.
• Adapt approved key art into multiple formats and retailer templates while maintaining strong layout, typography, and visual consistency. Prepare organized, production-ready files.
• Execute advanced Photoshop work including compositing, retouching, color correction, and image cleanup. Build layered files that are clean, accurate, and easy to hand off.
• Create title treatments, graphic elements, and layout solutions using Illustrator and InDesign as needed. Ensure accuracy of logos, ratings, legal lines, and required branding.
• Manage assigned projects from brief through final delivery under the guidance of the Creative Director. Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.
• Maintain organized files and follow internal naming conventions, delivery processes, and production specifications.
• Support the team by meeting deadlines, handling multiple assignments, and maintaining a high level of detail and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
• 1-5 years as a graphic designer at a design studio, advertising agency or in a related industry.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field required.

Knowledge/Skills
• Role demands a combination of creativity, technical skill and eye for detail, along with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
• Must possess strong confident communication, public speaking, organizational skills, creativity and leadership skills with the ability to communicate co-workers and sell concepts and ideas to superiors.
• Computer skills: Macintosh. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of Quark, Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Monday, Smartsheet.
• Advanced Photoshop skills: retouching, imaging, working in art boards and retailer templates a must.

• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.

• Must be able to dedicate time needed to manage heavy workload including work outside of standard business hours.

• Must have strong work ethic with positive can-do attitude, not afraid of new challenges, working late, tight timelines or curve balls.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design, typography, photography and layout.
• Strong eye for typography and layout
• Desire to continue learning and willingness to embrace new skill sets and internal systems.
• Passion and knowledge of movies and TV.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,047.00 - $100,372.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
