Working closely with FP&A, Accounting Finance, legal and territory teams, you will lead the team responsible for preparing and processing various participation statements for German Local Productions. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of all required reporting.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Coordinate, review and deliver all participation statements for German Local Productions (producer participations, • 32d UrhG, subsidies, dubbing contributors) while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee posting, payments, corrections and intercompany reporting, responding to partner queries regarding statements, costs and revenues.
• Act as product owner for the ILP system and drive improvements with external developers to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance with Internal Controls/SOX (if applicable) and support internal/external audits.
• Manage and develop the team while handling ad hoc requests from territories and Home Office, acting as an expert in internal processes.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Fluent English and German
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand legal contracts.
• Strong Excel, SAP R/3 FICO and BW knowledge.
