Join us in the Central Executive Operations team, supporting the Managing Director & EVP of Warner Bros. Discovery Nordics. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of responsibilities – from executive assistant responsibilities to coordinating strategic business initiatives. For the right candidate, the role provides valuable exposure to all business units.
The role will report to the Manager of Executive Operations, who leads Executive Operations in the Nordics, and will work closely with the Nordic Managing Director on Executive Assistant tasks.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Your Role Accountabilities are split into two key areas:
• Executive Assistant tasks
• Executive Operations tasks
Accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
Executive Assistant to Managing Director & EVP, Nordics Accountabilities:
• Coordinate calendar and meetings
• Manage point-to-point travel (car, flight, hotel, restaurants, etc.)
• Provide administrative support, including handling travel expenses
• Assist with MD's meetings, including leadership meetings and events
• Coordinate with other departmental key contacts and administrative assistants to provide support
Executive Operations Accountabilities:
• Support the Nordic Leadership Team in planning key meetings (agenda setting, coordination, presentation development, note-taking, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Manager of Executive Operations to define key objectives and priorities for the Nordic Business
• Prepare briefing materials for the Nordic MD, covering competitors, partners, individual profiles, and more
• Support the management of cross-functional projects across Nordic teams
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and deadlines, working closely with key stakeholders
• Drive and own projects with support & sparring from Manager of Executive Operations
• Develop recurring business performance reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience…
Education, Experience & skills
• A commercial degree or equivalent
• Preferably experience with Executive level support
• Experience in bringing structure and delivering excellent service
• Experience in project and stakeholder management or/and strategy is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

• Comfortable working autonomously and thrives on making things happen
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail
Communication & Collaboration
• Strong English proficiency with expert-level written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in a Nordic language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident and authoritative, yet able to work with sensitivity and diplomacy, while consistently operating with the highest level of confidentiality
