Your New Role
Provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Production.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Arranges executive calendar or schedules meetings, independently or as directed
• Tracks relevant information for (submissions, competitive projects, etc.) through established data systems
• Maintains various files, records, indexes, script and phone logs
• Compiles writer, director & actor lists for projects at supervisor's discretion
• Coordinates international & domestic travel & hotel accommodations for executives, writers, producers, and directors
• Prepares expense reports and travel authorizations and follows through
• Greets clients, talent, creative staff & executives
• Responds to inquiries, orders supplies and handles specific assignments
• Exercise discretion and act as gatekeeper filtering incoming calls and screening incoming emails and information
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Regularly correspond with networks, studios, talent, agents, managers, producers, etc. on behalf of VP
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 1-year previous assistant experience
• Previous experience in motion picture creative development at a studio or agency
• High School diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred
• Typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PC and MAC required
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, and schedule work effectively
• Ability to be proactive and flexible, personable, and able to interact with all levels of personnel
• Ability to work some overtime as needed

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $38,511.00 - $71,521.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
