Job Description
Provides administrative suppot to the head of P&C for our Studio and Corporate Communication businesses. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Arranges executive calendar and travel, and schedules meetings, independently or as directed
• Coordinates events, travel, and all associated reservations and accommodations
• Creates and submits expense reports
• Tracks ongoing projects and is well-informed of related activities and associated materials
• Assists with creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed
• Maintains a strong organizational system for all materials and information
• Oversees general office operations, including but not limited to keeping inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with building personnel
• Assist with local office special events, projects and operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of administrative/executive experience required/preferred
• Meticulously organized, detail-oriented, able to self-start, prioritize, multitask, and follow through.
• Good business judgement, maintain confidentiality, and composure under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Apple/iOS products, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience coordinating activities of large departments and/or business units. Prior experience managing an office and supporting multiple leaders and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in grammar and spelling, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels in the company.
• Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities, take initiative using excellent judgment, work in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidential and sensitive information, and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines.
• Team player who is self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and has the ability, but not a need, to take the lead in group projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons at all levels, verbally, written, and in-person.
• Flexibility to handle requests off hours, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime, as required

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
