Your New Role
Manages all administrative tasks of the President's office and ensures the office runs in an efficient and organized manner.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Manages all administrative tasks, including phones, scheduling, filing, calendar, and email management.
• Composes various types correspondence on behalf of the President. Manages correspondence and written communication to and from President. Handles all matters with a level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensures effective and timely communication between President's office and department staff.
• Manages and schedules the executive calendar. Arranges all travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for President.
• Prepares and submits expense reports and reviews department expenditures.
• Maintains organized information and databases, including files, phone logs, attendance, creative a/v materials filing systems.
• Organizes and maintains efficient workflow system.
• Oversees flow of materials and information for President between departmental staff, internal executives, production companies, filmmakers, talent, international offices and external vendors. Ensures all needed follow-up occurs in timely manner.
• Responsible for securing and maintaining accurate contact details for all internal and external vendors, WB executives, filmmakers, production companies, field offices, etc.
• Greets and interacts with senior management, filmmakers, talent, agents and with various divisions within Warner Bros. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• High School diploma required.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts, or TV/Radio/Film preferred.
• Must have 4 years administrative assistant experience working for top-level executive.
• Previous administrative & marketing or publicity experience required.
• Experience in international marketing and/or advertising agency preferred.
• Typing at 60 wpm required.
• Must have advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, articulating issues in a professional manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with all level of personnel.
• Ability to prepare clear & concise reports etc. for presentation to senior management
• Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, discretion and problem solve (within scope of responsibility).
• Excellent organizational & follow-through skills.
• Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, etc.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $59,507.00 - $110,512.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
