Your New Role...

Warner Bros. Consumer Products Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant III for the Digital department. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities for the EVP, Digital Strategy, and their Digital executive team.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manages calendars, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, securing meeting rooms, setting up Teams and Zoom meetings, requesting drive-on passes for external attendees, ordering catering items, greets visitors, etc.
• Supports vendor onboarding, invoicing, including SAP shopping cart responsibilities
• Arranges and may participate in conferences and committee meetings and travels to conferences and events as needed
• Assists with putting together projects, PowerPoint presentations, and updates presentations in conjunction with executive's direction
• Makes international and domestic travel accommodations and arrangements in the most efficient manner available, as well as reviews and secures approval for all travel requests
• Reviews and reconciles all incoming travel and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with corporate policy, as well as prepares and submits T&E expense reports in a timely manner
• Handles confidential and sensitive matters on a daily basis
• Answers the EVP's phone lines and handles routing telephone inquiries pertaining to the operation of the department, and when necessary, directs the call appropriately
• Acts as a liaison with division managers to provide current status of various projects, and provides updates to EVP periodically on all division activities
• Makes photocopies of reports, documents, and other materials
• Opens, reviews, records, and distributes or organizes mail
• Maintains various files, records, indexes, and logs
• Creates and maintains schedules, reports, and matrixes
• Greets and interacts with all internal and external visitors
• Handles specific projects, assignments and other related duties as directed.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience
• Previous experience in a licensing company or an advertising agency strongly preferred
• High School Diploma required
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with T&E systems, preferably Concur
• Experience with finance/invoicing systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities; possess flexibility and adaptability skills
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Well organized with effective and proven planning and follow-through skills
• Ability to work well under time pressure and time constraints
• Self-starter, optimistic and dependable
• Intellectual curiosity
• Passion and knowledge of WB properties
• Must be able to keep confidentiality

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Details
Salary Range: $62,797 to $116,624 Per Year ($ USD)
