Your New Role
The Wellbeing & Engagement team is responsible for designing and delivering solutions to support employees, with a focus on employee wellness and culture. The team is part of the People & Culture function and partners closely with the greater People & Culture organization, Internal Communications, DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility and other key stakeholders across the broader business to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of global programming and offerings and will customize locally where appropriate.
The Wellbeing & Engagement Lead will be a positive self-starter who can think strategically about wellbeing and how it can complement and support business goals and priorities. The role will serve as a wellbeing & engagement expert across the US but will also have the opportunity to support the global workforce to help deliver a consistent employee experience. Candidates for this position should be innovative, solution-oriented, collaborative, and be able to engage with colleagues across level, location, and discipline. The role must effectively work in a fast-paced creative environment, bringing an energy and enthusiasm to the function.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Works closely with the Director, Global Wellbeing & Engagement to support engagement strategy and calendar to engage employees across a host of focus areas including wellbeing, sustainability and culture and helps to facilitate roll out of programs & events.
• Serves as local point of contact for Los-Angeles and West Coast offices, including support for on-site childcare center.
• Leverages internal platforms, including Workplace, WBD ONE etc. to communicate and market programming and services to employees. Partners with Brand and Internal Comms teams to develop creative assets and tools needed for promotion.
• Partners with Insights, P&C Comms and Corporate Internal Comms team for seamless delivery of programming and communications to employees.
• Works closely with DEI Engagement leads to deliver programming, initiatives and events. Ensures regional and local customization as needed across the region.
• Part of a global team that develops and supports the delivery of the employee value proposition (EVP).
Qualifications & Experience
• 4+ years' experience managing projects or planning events.
• Experience on a Human Resources team is a plus.
• Experience supporting large scale events is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Must have the ability to develop and foster effective relationships across a global population.
• Experience working across a diverse workforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and easily adapts to new platforms and processes; able to easily pivot as needed and change course on strategy and deliverables.
• Must be very organized, efficient and deadline focused.
• Able to work across the enterprise to build and deliver initiatives.
• Global mindset and approach to creating a consistent experience for all employees, no matter where they are based.
• Real team player.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
