Employee Connection Specialist (Temporary)
This is a temporary role.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Employee Connection Supervisor LATAM the Employee Connection Specialist is responsible for providing HR administrative and system related support to employees based in Latam. The position will also be responsible for responding to first level HR queries (either remotely or face to face). Manage and coordinate day to day delivery of services.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Performs HR transactions in Workday
• Prepares Payroll information
• Responds to tier 1 employee inquires
• Performs personnel administration activities, like documents preparation/administration.
• Executes repeatable processes
• Onboards/Offboards employees
• Check position information
• Supports benefits team, initial response to benefits issues
• Tracks probation periods
• Assists with reporting and audit
• Other general HR administrative work
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in the general field of HR administrations/operations
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree´s in correlated areas
• Experience and knowledge Personnel administration tasks.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with contact center technology including but not limited to contact center tracking system and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – Workday knowledge preferred
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of labor laws
• Experience in other markets from Latam
