Your New Role…
CNN seeks a talented Editorial Producer to join the Enterprise Booking team in New York! This position will report to the Director of Domestic Booking and will be focused on interview pursuits surrounding book roll outs, long term pursuits and breaking news.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• The Editorial Producer is responsible for booking breaking news guests, competitive news guests, making pitches, and handling newsmaker requests across CNN's shows and platforms.
• The ability to collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders is critical to this position.
• This individual is responsible for constantly upgrading the quantity and quality of bookings for interviews in addition to special programming across the network.
• Conducts pre-interviews over the phone and sets up on-camera interviews and b-roll shoots, research and pitches provocative stories, and works contacts for long-term booking opportunities.
• Supports the Director in developing strong working relationships across WBD to create synergy and lock in interviews for new roll outs in the WBD family .
• Must be available to travel for breaking news to pursue interviews on the ground.
• Travel required with on-site hybrid schedule.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications & Experience…
• Must have 5+ years of experience as a booking producer.
• Research skills are essential to this position.
• Proven performance and an established rolodex in booking high profile guests on books are necessary.
• This candidate must be able to multi-task, execute quickly, and be editorially strong.
• Knowledge of current events, key players and book roll outs is a must
• Organizational skills and writing skills are essential to this position.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Second language a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $80,499.00 - $149,497.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
