Job Description
Your New Role...

The Director, Social Creative Strategy is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for theatrical releases, encompassing social media, games/apps, online advertising, contests/sweepstakes, and website development. Collaborating with global marketing teams, the role ensures the strategic design and implementation of digital experiences to promote films internationally. Key responsibilities include ideation, creative direction, campaign lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manage the complete digital campaign lifecycle, from idea generation to creative direction, digital asset development, and global performance reporting
• Streamline and innovate systems and procedures for producing digital content and marketing assets, focusing on both technical and operational aspects
• Align technology initiatives with overall marketing and business development objectives, staying informed of emerging technologies and their potential application in campaigns
• Prepare presentations for filmmakers, detailing international marketing needs and strategies, and create documents, campaign overviews, and timelines for executive review
• Oversee the Manager, Social Creative Strategy in devising targeted strategies for each platform
• Handle campaign budgets and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee the RFP process, evaluating and summarizing proposals, and providing recommendations to the VP
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with the international team to address campaign needs across global markets
• Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with media partners, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google/YouTube, and more

Qualifications and Experience
• 7-10 years' experience in Digital Marketing (preferably entertainment based)
• Content creation design and implementation experience required
• International digital marketing experience preferred
• Experience in entertainment preferred
• BA/BS Degree in a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical and business information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
• Ability to manage internal and external digital development efforts from inception to successful completion
• Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs
• Must have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage small to large projects in a cross-functional environment
• An understanding of global and international mobile platforms and application development such as Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, Line, Snap, etc.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting social listening and digital analytics
• A strong interest in social media, TV/Films/Animation – old and new, the TV/film fan communities as well as pop culture
• Additional languages a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
