Your New Role

Anchored by our WBD guiding principles, you will effectively lead and develop a highly motivated, strategic and impact driven Diversity Outreach team. You'll work in close partnership with our teammates in TA, P&C, Equity & Inclusion and the business to develop and execute a thoughtful, strategic, data and insights centered Diversity Outreach strategy. Your Role Accountabilities

Leadership Accountabilities
• Model & cultivate a team culture that champions inclusion, empowers others, has courage, and pursues equity.
• Foster a collaborative, high impact, high accountability culture, driven by a passion for our content and the remarkable work we collectively deliver.
• Be an effective leader of leaders, setting a clear vision, and scaling your impact by empowering the leaders on your team.
• Implement processes that empower your team to deliver against their goals with autonomy and creativity, while ensuring you're fully up to speed on their performance, and where you need to provide support, further clarity and/or remove roadblocks.
• Take an active interest in the WBD macro-business priorities, to better align your team's focus, maximizing your ability to succeed.
• Take a thoughtful, impact focussed, strategic approach to DEI, coaching your team to do the same.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively leveraging data and analytics to share key insights, influence and provide value to our partners and business leaders.
• Ensure an effective partnership and workflow with the recruiting, sourcing, branding and market intelligence teams, enabling your team to successfully deliver on our DEI goals

Business Partnering Accountabilities
• Excellent business partnering capabilities, able to quickly and proactively establish trusted relationships with TA partners, P&C partners and business leaders
• Work effectively at scale, implementing scalable processes that enable your team to deliver against multiple business priorities
• Develop relationships with key internal and external partners that align to business priorities and goals
• Partner with your leads, Recruiters, sourcers, P&C Partners and businesses to define an impact focused event strategy
• Partner with TA leaders on high priority projects as needed

Data, Insights & Analytics Accountabilities
• Foster a data centric team culture
• Data integrity - ensure your leads are optimizing our CRM tool to capture insightful data and measure impact
• Define and implement clear and measurable metrics
• Supports your leads in creating and implementing system workflows that effectively capture and reflect your team's efforts
• Actively pursue data that enables you to champion your team and celebrate their success
• Proactively seek out data, analytics and insights to better understand your team's challenges, remove roadblocks and resolve inefficiencies.
• Partner with the central data and analytics team to create insightful reporting/ dashboards that deliver on the above.

Qualifications & Experience
• Demonstrable experience in driving measurable impact within the Diversity Outreach space
• Expensive experience leading high performing, results oriented teams
• Extensive experience creating high impact partnerships internally and externally
• Extensive experience delivering large scale events both in-house and via external partnerships
• Experience working effectively in a global environment
• Experience leading international initiatives
• Proven track record of leading a data centered organization, able to implement measurable processes to help ensure the team's success.

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Details
Salary Range: $126,350 to $234,650 Per Year ($ USD)
