Your New Role...

To maximise revenue in TV distribution from the allocated territories for the WB, HBO and Turner new production and catalogue as well as local productions. Distributing programming strategically to operators and /or broadcasters on all forms of SVOD/Pay TV/Free TV/Basic TV/AVOD across the region. Create and implement TV Distribution strategy for each specific territory.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Developing and executing the sales strategy for each territory
• Negotiating and closing sales in all specified territories, in all TV media
• Maximising business potential with key pan regional clients
• Preparing an annual budget forecast and five-year plan for each respective territory in conjunction with the Finance team
• Achieving sales in accordance with the five-year plan and improving on targets set. Being ultimately responsible for upkeep of budget data
• Seeking out and successfully establishing new business opportunities in emerging territories and with new platforms/services
• Responsible for strategy on key brands and franchises and their ''long tail'' potential including Harry Potter franchise
• Working strategically with other WM divisions across windowing, franchises & distribution to maximise revenue and profitability for the overall company
• Working with the Legal and Business Affairs departments to ensure deals are properly contracted and observed
• Working with the Marketing team to keep them informed of recent sales activities, to ensure the clients' marketing needs are met fully. Working with Marketing on pre-sales/pitch opportunities for new content and new clients (dotted line report)
• Working with the Commercial Strategy team on new sales opportunities & deal analysis where necessary. Providing information to the Commercial Strategy team on technological advancements in the region that open up additional sales opportunities
• Working with the Anti-Piracy team to ensure WM's guidelines are met in all territories, and any known cases of piracy are followed up and acted upon in a timely manner
• Revenue budget accountability 2022: approx. USD p.a.$11m
• Travel to territories & markets (e.g. MIP, MIPTV, LA Screenings) as required to maintain client relationships and explore business growth opportunities
