Position Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Measurement & Attribution team that is part of the larger WBD Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department at Warner Bros Discovery. This position will be focused on developing and testing new innovative solutions for measuring and valuing the audiences (broad demo and advanced audiences) that Warner Bros Discovery provides to their advertiser partners. The Director role on the Audience Measurement team will work with cutting edge media measurement and currency partners to implement their offerings, with a specific focus on services in the multi-platform measurement space, as well as working closely across functions and groups within the Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department to assist in providing leading-edge analysis, recommendations and thought leadership. The ideal person is a nimble, go-getter who enjoys collaborating with partners. This position calls for a candidate that both exhibits operational excellence in the projects that they manage and is adept to identifying innovative solutions to potential issues that might arise during the course of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees the development and execution of WBD's Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives that are designed to accelerate WBD's next generation measurement and currency capabilities. These responsibilities include:
• Assist in developing the PoC test design.
• Conduct methodology reviews and track changes throughout the PoC.
• Evaluate 'gaps' in current ad measurement solutions and prioritize which areas to focus on for near-term improvement.
• Design & propose analysis plans to determine the scale of the PoC and which of WBD's advertisers might be ideal test partners in the PoC.
• Screen existing and under-development solutions from 3rd party measurement companies to determine ideal participants.
• Liaison with internal client strategy teams & advertiser partners to discuss participation in the PoCs and ensure mutual measurement goals are achieved for all parties.
• Assist in the development of key learnings from the PoC and share the findings back to all participants in the process such as internal stakeholders, advertiser partners and 3rd party measurement companies.
• Works with other members of the Audience Measurement team so that it can be a center of excellence within the overall Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department. The on-going subject measurement expertise duties this team undertakes include:
• Partner with product, engineering, and client strategy teams to develop 1st party measurement of unique ad offerings that WBD has under development.
• Consult & clarify on potential audience measurement offerings for new viewer experiences that WBD is bringing to the market.
• Track and synthesize the data assets & methodology for common 3rd party measurement offerings that WBD or their advertiser partners might have an interest in.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of linear & digital datasets that employ methodological revisions that will alter reported audience levels from the existing offering from the measurement partner so top-level findings can be shared across appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure successful implementation (digital campaign measurement, overall audience deduplication across WBD) with existing 3rd party measurement services that are used by WBD with internal partners in Legal, Compliance in Audit functions.
• Assist in the formulation of a WBD point-of-view on media measurement, which could include the creation of presentations, white papers and work on industry committees to share WBD's learnings and knowledge in the media measurement space.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
• 8-12 years at a media measurement company, programmer or ad agency where their role focused on media measurement services & their underlying methodologies and data assets.
• Experience managing & developing direct reports that supports the team's overall objectives while enhancing their direct report's skill set & measurement expertise.
• Strong knowledge of digital campaign measurement, via pixel and/or clean room based solutions. This includes knowledge of changing landscape of data fields that are in compliance with current privacy landscape.
• Solid knowledge of the major linear and digital TV measurement reporting services (e.g. Comscore, iSpot.tv, Nielsen and VideoAmp, in alphabetical order).
• Solid knowledge of cross-platform and/or addressable measurement of broad demo and advanced audiences (across all data-driven endpoints on linear and digital streaming properties).
• Experience with the overlap between campaign measurement & how advanced audiences are onboarded (e.g., OpenAP, LiveRamp, Experian) is preferred.
• Experience and familiarity with statistical methods and data tools (R, Python, SQL) that can be used to conduct statistical analyses.
• Data processing and experience with data visualization and summary tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Media, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics)
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
