Job Description
Working across the Digital Systems COE, this individual will join a team who manages all production accounting software including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and Implementation of all 3rd party accounting software used by production accountants, crew, and studio executives. The Digital Solutions Specialist will support the development and maintenance of automation processes and workflows for both corporate production finance and production accounting teams. This role will work closely with the Manager of Digital Systems to ensure the successful implementation and upkeep of automation initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization, and will require in the field research to help identify opportunities to drive solutions.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Assist in the design, in field research, development, and implementation of automation processes to streamline operations. Confidentiality around intellectual property required.
• Maintain and update existing Sharepoint pages, tools, and, automation workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Help support accounting teams with Digital Systems and processes focusing on Burbank Lot and Los Angeles based production accounting.
• Gather and analyze data from various digital systems to track user adoption rates.
• Document automation processes and workflows, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.

Qualifications & Experience
• Production Accounting knowledge preferred. EP/C&C experience or knowledge. Intermediate Technical Skills,Technical Proficiency, Project Assistance: Microsoft Power Platform including SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms, Planner..etc.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Communication, Adaptability, Learning, Innovation, Project Management
• Ability to provide exceptional support and maintain patience while addressing the needs and concerns of all users, including those requiring additional assistance. Ability to handle a high volume workload and urgent requests.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $60,904.00 - $113,108.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
