Summary Statement:
This position is part of a high functioning global team responsible for localising and distributing Warner Bros. theatrical features content, covering content for some of the biggest franchises in the world to award winning standalone movies. The wider group covers features, television, games, and short form content from WBD brands such as HBO, Turner and Discovery as well as a variety of marketing and promotional materials.
The main role of the Ad Pub Servicing Coordinator is to support the creation and distribution of dubbed and subtitled version trailers, marketing & publicity content of WBD for EMEA markets across theatrical and non-theatrical business areas. The role has a strong understanding of different social media content types, theatrical formats and stakeholder requirements, planning, meeting deadlines and quality work. Collaborating and coordinating across the teams, dubbing studios, local WB offices, 3rd parties and management to ensure all projects are completed to our audiences, client's and Warner Bros. high expectations. They must ensure versioned material is delivered on time, provide daily and weekly reporting to key stakeholders and maintain the high standard of the original WBD. They are to make calculated decisions whilst troubleshooting issues and keep calm in a high-pressured environment. They should be prepared to assist the Ad Pub manager, follow-up with finishing and delivering schedules for the original creative assets. They are primarily responsible to ensure all records in our WBD systems are updated and contacts are onboarded within our systems.
Job Responsibilities
Relationships & Communication: (15%)
Maintains relationships with stakeholders, Regional Marketing & Distribution and key contacts for EMEA WB offices and licensees.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders providing expertise and support communicating clearly on all day-to-day operational activities.
• Co-ordinate activities across WBD GCO , localization vendors and EMEA local offices.
• Providing clear instructions with debut, localization, and security directives to local WB offices, dubbing studios and vendors for all our marketing content.
• Report regularly on project statuses to key stakeholders and summary of our trailer debuts at debut time.
Localisation & Distribution: (75%)
Assists with planning and implementation of AdPub Localization efforts for EMEA marketing content. Includes, but not limited to:
• Support Adpub Manager with project set up, comms and creative and scheduling issues.
• Review all trailers, marketing, and publicity pieces as they are being finished to gain an understanding of the requirements of each piece.
• Handle sensitive and confidential material appropriately & securely.
• Weekly calls with our vendors and local offices to discuss delivery schedules, timelines and placement opportunities of upcoming theatrical & online marketing content.
• Work with WB local office and vendors to ensure all dubbed and subtitled localization content are delivered and tracked within the agree timelines. This includes scheduling within the appropriate timelines.
• Informing key territory contacts of new content availability, survey and place orders for localized assets, DCPs and digital / TV assets with facilities, tracking these orders through till the point of delivery for allocated territories.
• Create and approve purchase orders to vendors to start work requested and reconcile POs when required.
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of theatrical and online localization and distribution for in theatre placement and online simulations worldwide debuts with multiple vendors ensuring placements are met for EMEA region.
• Ensure the delivery of reference QT's, Scripts and audio masters to dubbing studios and WB reps is correctly coordinated.
• Liaise with dubbing studios & territory dubbing managers regarding recording, mixing and delivery schedule of dubbed mixes.
• Quality Checking and approving OV and localized content
• Maintain extensive tracking tools of all trailers that have been used and versioned in EMEA for online and theatrical release.
• Create deliverables in house where necessary using Final Cut Pro and Pro Tools,
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during localization/distribution of content.
• Ad-hoc projects
• Maintain records in our systems.
Innovation & Development: (10%)
Identify opportunity areas and work with senior start to make recommendations to workflow improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience
• Functional experience in localization or similar marketing content servicing experience
• Exhibits basic knowledge and application of common practices for the operations in servicing Ad Pub content and postproduction services.
• Project management experience
Knowledge, Skills & Other Requirements:
